The tenant pays gas and electric. The landlord pays water.
4.) What internet and cable TV services are available?
Comcast, AT&T cable as well as various dish services are available.
5.) What appliances does the landlord furnish with the town home?
The landlord furnishes a gas range, hot water heater, forced air furnace and hook-ups for a washer and dryer.
The tenant furnishes the refrigerator, window air conditioners, floor coverings, window treatments.
6.) How far is the complex from public transportation?
The "El" stop at W. 95th St. and the Dan Ryan Expressway is - 4 blocks.
Bus stops at W. 95th Street and W. 91st Streets are within 2 blocks.
Day Ryan expressway ramps at W. 87th St. and W 95th St. are 4 blocks away.
