 Princeton Park Homes, a privately owned townhome rental community, built in 1944, is located on the South Side of Chicago. Each attractive two or three bedroom townhome offers a living room, dining room, kitchen and basement. All
homes have garden entrances and the rear of each home has
either a yard, with patio, or a 12'x10' or 12'x14' deck.
Homes feature modern kitchen and bath cabinetry and lighting. Living rooms have picture windows and track lighting. Each dining room has a ceiling fan, with lights. Baths have tub surrounds. The Princeton Park Homes Lawn and Garden Contest is an annual event that has been enthusiastically applauded by residents and the City of Chicago, for over 30 years. We are especially proud of our gardens and green space. Residents create stunning gardens that beautify our community. Public gardens are maintained by a full- time landscaping crew. The Princeton Park Homes rental office is open for business from 9:00A.M. to 4:30P.M., Monday thru Friday and 9:00A.M. to 12:00 Noon, Saturday. Applications require a $25 non-refundable processing fee, payable by certified check, or money order. |
