To completely fill out and submit an application, please bring the following:
- Two recent paycheck stubs, or proof of income, for each applicant
- A picture I.D. (Driver's License, or State I.D.)
- Social Security number for each member of the family
- Signed Landlord verification form
- Applicant's credit history (obtained by Management)
- A $25.00 Money Order, made payable to "Princeton Park Agency" for a credit check
- Other documents, to verify applicant's credit and payment history
Please note: An applicant's income must be sufficient to cover all living expenses and obligations. Also, a two-month security deposit, along with the first month's rent, is required when the lease is signed and possession of the residence made.
